VVSPlus was created based on the desire to make it easier and faster to order a tradesman and get a tradesman quote. All too often, the private consumer is met with slow case processing and long response times at craftsman companies. We have done away with this trend at VVSPlus - and we were even recognized for that in 2020 with the award as one of Denmark's most IT-modern craft companies. With a completely new IT platform, we have created a system that allows us to quickly take care of the customer in a much more efficient way. We and the customer are not dependent on fixed opening hours and physical inspection of tasks. At VVSPlus, all communication takes place online, and the customer himself has access to our calendar for booking our craftsmen around the clock. If we receive an inquiry from a customer, we acknowledge with a return offer within 24 hours on weekdays. In addition, we have made it easy and transparent to order an item and have it installed. In our webshop, all prices include installation (however, excluding accessories such as toilet brushes). This means greater security for the customer and a much better overview of the final price.
